The Brand Mirror is a product of Web of Words Inc., a company based in Ontario, Canada. It's presented under the personal brand Carly Ottaway, but Web of Words Inc. is the legal entity you're entering into an agreement with when you complete a purchase.

When you pay for The Brand Mirror, you're purchasing a one-time, personalized digital reading generated from the birth details and quiz answers you provide. Depending on the version live at the time of your purchase, this includes:

• A multi-section written reading covering your core purpose, your Human Design strategy, your astrological placements, your brand voice, and suggested next steps;
• A short, personalized title for your reading;
• A one-page shareable summary of your results;
• Access to view and, where available, export your reading as a PDF.

The current price is $77 + HST (CAD) for one reading. Any applicable discount, tax, and the total payable will be shown before you complete payment. The price shown at checkout applies to your purchase.

Team packs contain 5 readings at $65 CAD each ($325), 10 at $55 CAD each ($550), or 25 at $45 CAD each ($1,125), plus HST. The buyer receives one shared code capped at the purchased number of readings, with one redemption per email address. Team seats must be redeemed within 90 days of purchase; unused seats expire. Each participant provides their own birth details and quiz answers. Private partner or affiliate offers may have different pricing and eligibility rules, disclosed on their specific offer page before payment.

The Brand Mirror blends Human Design and astrology as a lens for self-reflection and brand storytelling. It's intended for personal insight and creative direction only.

It is not medical advice, mental health treatment, financial or investment advice, legal advice, or a substitute for professional guidance in any of those areas. Nothing in your reading should be used as the sole basis for a medical, financial, legal, or safety-related decision. If you're navigating something serious in any of those areas, please consult a licensed professional.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Web of Words Inc. does not receive or store your full card number at any point — Stripe handles that directly. By purchasing, you authorize the charge shown to you at checkout in the currency and amount displayed.

The Brand Mirror is an instant, personalized digital reading created from your birth details and quiz answers. Because of the nature of this product, all purchases, including individual readings, gifts and team packs, are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations, including before a reading is generated. Unused gifts, expired gift links, and unused or expired team seats are not refundable, and partial use of a pack does not qualify for a prorated refund or credit. This does not limit any rights required by applicable law. Please review the reading contents, product description, and these Terms carefully before purchasing. A public sample reading is not currently available.

If you need help accessing your purchase or a technical issue prevents your reading from generating, email us at hello@webofwords.ca and we'll help restore access or resolve the generation issue. Technical support does not create a refund, exchange or cancellation option.

From time to time we may issue discount codes for The Brand Mirror. Unless stated otherwise at the time it's issued, any promotional code (not a paid team-pack code):

• is valid for a single use per person and cannot be combined with other offers;
• has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for credit;
• may be limited to a specific time window, audience, or number of redemptions;
• may be changed, paused, or discontinued by us at any time without notice.

Affiliate codes. Our affiliate program is by invitation only. Affiliate codes take $10 CAD off a single Brand Mirror Reading and can't be used on team packs or gifts. Affiliates earn the commission agreed with us for each paid reading bought with their code, paid monthly. All customer sales are final under our no-refund policy. No commission is earned on payments reversed by the payment provider or as required by law, or on purchases made by the affiliate themselves. We may pause or end an affiliate arrangement, and deactivate its code, at any time.

To generate your reading, we ask for accurate birth details (date, time, and place of birth) and your answers to the quiz. Because your chart and reading are calculated directly from this information, inaccurate details will produce an inaccurate reading — accuracy here is your responsibility. See the Privacy Policy for how this information is stored and used.

You agree to provide a working email address so we can deliver your reading, receipt, and any account-related communication.

Web of Words Inc. owns all copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property in The Brand Mirror as a product — including its questions, structure, the MIRROR Framework™, our written interpretations, and the underlying methodology used to generate readings.

Your individual reading, once generated, is yours to keep, screenshot, print, and share for personal or professional promotional use (for example, quoting your brand voice words on your own website). What you may not do is resell, sublicense, republish the reading as a commercial product, or represent the MIRROR Framework™ or our quiz methodology as your own.

A team code and its shareable link may be distributed only to members of the organization or community for which the pack was purchased. You may not resell seats, publish the code publicly, or share the code or link outside that organization or community without prior written permission from Web of Words Inc.

You agree not to: attempt to access another person's reading without authorization; scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the quiz or reading-generation system; use the quiz to generate readings using false identities for resale; or use the service in any way that violates applicable law.

Self-reflection tools like this one are meant to spark insight, not guarantee a specific business, financial, or personal result. We don't promise that your reading will produce any particular outcome for your brand, income, or life circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Web of Words Inc.'s total liability arising out of your purchase or use of The Brand Mirror is limited to the amount you paid for your reading. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, your reading.

We may update these Terms as The Brand Mirror evolves. The version posted at thebrandmirror.com at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to you. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable within Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
